FRESH BRANDING FOR SUBSCAN
Subscan Technology has launched fresh branding and a new
website (www.subscantech.co.uk)
to help position the company for growth into its third
decade.
Subscan, which celebrates its 20th birthday this year, has
developed from humble beginnings into the UK's leading specialist
provider of underground surveys, employing 17 separate underground
mapping teams across the country.
John Robinson, who set up the company in 1991, said: 'We seem to
have been the first to understand that non-invasive surveying of
underground utilities and other features deserved to be handled by
experts. We have since developed the business in parallel with the
growth of underground surveying as a distinct professional
discipline.'
The new corporate identity is a bold statement of intent from
Subscan to stamp a presence on the industry. Its first use is on
the company's vehicles and new website, which will provide a rich
source of information and a community for construction industry
engineers, consultants and surveyors and their clients in utility,
local government, highways and other infrastructure professions.
This includes an interactive guide to underground surveying and a
map-based survey request, enabling users to define the search area
precisely in their enquiry. It also offers clients a
password-protected user area from which to download and archive
their survey results.
